Chris has been a resident of the Macleay Valley since 1964. He holds a Diploma in Law from the Law Extension Committee of the University of Sydney and is also an accredited specialist in Property Law and Wills & Estates. Chris has been a practising solicitor since admission in 1977.

He is a member of the Law Society of NSW Speakers Bureau and has delivered numerous addresses to public gatherings, commercial entities and not-for-profit organisations.

Phil was born and bred in the Macleay Valley and brings over 30 years of legal expertise to CHD Law. He holds degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Sydney and has been practising as a solicitor in the Macleay Valley since 1981.

Whilst he dedicates his day to the law, Phil is also an early riser and can be found most mornings either swimming laps at the local pool or finishing off a group run. He’s also a loving grandfather to 5 growing grandkids.

Nerryl Doney
Solicitor, Director

Dip Law

Before commencing work as a solicitor in Kempsey in 1999, Nerryl was a solicitor with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in Dubbo. She holds a Diploma in Law from the Law Extension Committee of the University of Sydney, together with a diploma in legal practice from the College of Law.

Nerryl has practised as a solicitor since February 1998. Whilst Nerryl has specialised in family law and family provision claims, she also has extensive experience in litigation matters and all other matters of law offered by CHD.
